On 18 July 2023, the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training issued an instruction on allowing workers to take leave to vote for the members in the national assembly, 7th legislature.
From 22 to 24 July 2023, the government allows civil servants and workers three days of paid leave to vote in the July 23 National Election.
